The time varies from 30-120 days. These are industry standards. We are not the publisher so cannot control this. Only contact us if it has been over 120 days that you haven't received your order.

Your loved one most likely sent you a list of magazines to order from our website. We have three order buttons above. Two are specials we have, which are 4 magazines for $25 and 6 magazines for $35 out of a selection of about 65 magazines. If they gave you 4 or 6 magazines to order, select 4 for $25 or 6 for $35 special above and chose the magazines from the list. If however, you were only asked to order 1 or 2 or even 3 magazines, then these are in the Full Single magazine list above which has about 135 different magazines that you can buy individually. Each magazine will have the price next to it. Click on the Full Single List order button above and select the magazines requested to order.

You will need the inmate's full name, Register # (8 digits), and the address of the prison they are at. If you do not know all this information, you can go on the Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator at https://www.bop.gov/inmateloc/ and type in their name to get their Register # and the prison address.

You must contact us via our website and give us the inmate's new address. There is a $5 fee for this service.
